Our Story
We began in 2013 supporting principal investigators and colleges implementing National Science Foundation STEM research and workforce grants—helping projects evaluate outcomes, strengthen data, and communicate impact. Our work expanded to include curriculum, software, and hardware development; project management; proposal development; and industry and academic partnership building. Over time, both our capabilities and our team grew alongside the projects of our institutional clients spanning a dozen states.
Today, Impact Allies operates as an independent sponsored research office, built through five years of disciplined growth and a track record of federally funded project delivery. This evolution allows us to respond directly and competitively to federal funding opportunities—designing and executing projects that address the nation’s need for skilled technicians, scientists, and engineers.
Our team is multidisciplinary, entreprenuerial, and execution-focused, bringing together expertise across research, workforce development, and applied technology. We work in close partnership with colleges, companies, and agencies advancing critical and emerging technologies and infrastructure.
